Refund and Returns Policy

At Zuzu Baby Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and simple process for returns and refunds, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be a product that we sell (children’s products).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reason for return (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item(s), including a return shipping label, if necessary.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any original shipping costs.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. The exchange will be subject to the same terms as a return, including eligibility and processing times.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Late Returns

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
